Position Overview Title: Account Sales Professional / Key Account Manager Location: Dresden or Munich, Germany (commuting distance to Applied Materials sites) Employment type: Full-time, Assignee / Regular Salary & Benefits Salary range: €126,400.00 – €173,800.00 (Target Total Cash, including base salary and target bonus) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including corporate‑funded pension plan, Employee Stock Purchase program, sales bonus, training (online and classroom), on‑the‑job learning, international work opportunities, and innovative topics Responsibilities • Grow service revenue and bookings in the region and within assigned major accounts • Identify customer needs and develop/implement complex sales strategies—generate service solutions that support customers’ innovative and changing business environments • Lead customer relations and negotiations independently, from initial service quotes to final contract signatures • Communicate and present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to customers Requirements • 2–3years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, or 5+years of sales experience outside the industry, with strong business acumen and negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills for leading working sessions and discussions internally and with customers • Creativity in generating solutions while maintaining alignment with standard selling concepts (Product Option Architecture) • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline • Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time, primarily within Germany • High motivation and dedication to deliver results and achieve objectives • Technical background (preferred) Travel & Relocation Travel: Yes, ~50% of the time Relocation: Not eligible Equal Opportunity Employer Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
