This position reports directly to the Founder/CEO. /p h2Tasks /h2 pstrongCapital equipment sales /strong /p ul liAchieve or exceed quarterly sales targets across the full premium device portfolio /li liConsult with physicians and practice owners on science, device benefits, clinical applications, patient outcomes, and practice ROI /li liProspect and qualify new account opportunities — dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic MDs, longevity clinics, etc. /li liMaintain a specified value of qualified pipeline each quarter; identify new accounts and segments actively investing in aesthetic technology /li /ul pstrongProduct demonstration and clinical support /strong /p ul liSchedule and execute product demonstrations at customer sites or Origin’s offices with direct clinical involvement where required /li liPresent all products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, and clinically credible manner /li liCoordinate with the FSE for technical demo support and post-sale installation /li liSupport clinical training efforts at new accounts post-installation — in coordination with the clinical trainer /li /ul pstrongAccount management and retention /strong /p ul liMaintain high-quality relationships with existing device accounts — exceeding minimum daily activity targets /li liRepresent Origin at workshops, tradeshows, congresses, and other marketing events /li liSupport development of key accounts and identify product advocates /li liSupport sales and marketing by relaying competitive intelligence, clinical feedback, and market developments to the team /li /ul pstrongPipeline and forecasting /strong /p ul liDevelop quarterly forecast objectives in collaboration with the CEO /li liKeep HubSpot CRM updated on the same day as every customer interaction, opportunity update, and deal stage change /li liManage home and mobile office to ensure full responsiveness to accounts and internal team /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liMinimum 3 years of field sales experience; background in capital equipment or high-ticket sales preferred /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in medical, scientific, or commercial field /li liWilling to travel throughout Switzerland daily, sometimes staying overnight /li liWilling to support events (congresses, workshops, trainings) that require travel and work on the weekends /li liGerman C2 or native fluency required for German-speaking Switzerland territory; English minimum B1; French an advantage /li liComfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), digital communication tools, and AI tools as part of daily workflow /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liGround floor opportunity - grow with the company /li liNo layers of management /li liCompany car provided /li liCompetitive base and commission package /li /ul pemIf this sounds like the role you have been looking for, send your CV and a short note on why you are the right person to our email. pOrigin Aesthetics AG is a start-up distribution company to serve Swiss dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic providers.
