Overview Our client, a leading global MedTech company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join its Urology & Critical Care division. This role offers the chance to work with innovative medical devices, develop strong customer relationships, and make a direct impact on patient care.
Responsibilities Manage existing accounts and win new business across hospitals and clinics in the region. Drive product launches, sales campaigns, and contract negotiations. Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Analyse market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver product training for clinical staff and represent the company at conferences. Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management. Your profile Degree or equivalent qualification in a medical/health-related field. Proven sales experience in MedTech/healthcare (5+ years preferred). Knowledge of the German healthcare market and hospital environment.
Fluent in German and very good English. Strong communicator, networker, and relationship-builder. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the territory.
