What we expect: Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics , with a strong focus on road freight services; Experience in new business development , including client acquisition; Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships; Solid understanding of customer needs and solution-based selling; Strong skills in business negotiations and closing deals; Experience in preparing commercial offers and pricing solutions; Experience working with CRM systems for managing pipeline and client activity; Excellent knowledge of English and German ; Exceptional problem solving and communicative skills ; Proactivity and responsibility; Good team-working competences.

Now we are looking for a Field Sales Representative in our office in Magdeburg!

What you will do: Attract of new clients and develop of relationships with customers; Sell Road services (mainly) but Ocean/Air/Rail will be a good advantage; Work with existing clients; Recognize customer needs; Conduct business negotiations ; Make preparation and submission of commercial offers; Provide the relevant expert knowledge across solutions and logistics industry; Use CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales; Achieve and exceeding sales targets .
