WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will work closely with the team, the Regional Partner Director, and key stakeholders across the business.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Extensive account management experience with field accounts ideally in the fashion or sports industry, with a background in buying, merchandising or sales • A genuine passion for the Converse brand and culture • Proven sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales dynamics, confident negotiation skills and the ability to identify commercial opportunities • Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of financial processes and forecasting • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions in a matrixed organisation • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Strong process management and operational capabilities WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON You will support the day‑to‑day management of our business as we continue to grow the Converse business in alignment with our integrated marketplace strategy. • Create: define relevant Partner Assortments, Go To Market plans, Opportunities and Forecasts to execute against Field accounts within Germany • Ownership: own the execution of the Seasonal Sales and Go To Market processes and milestones, within budget and against set timelines. • Partnership: establish and maintain internal and external relationships with the accounts to provide best customer service in class at all levels of the customer’s business • Develop yourself: build your commercial, analytical and partnership skills to grow your career at Converse • Collaborate: work closely with Customer Operations, Business Planning, Go to Market, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to support account needs • Plan, Implement, Review & Optimise: contribute to seasonal planning, order book management, understand and serve the consumer and deliver Converse to the channel to serve the consumer. • Support the future: help translate the Global Growth Strategy into actionable plans for your account • Team Player: be an active member of the team, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.

As a field sales rep supporting accounts like Otto and Deichman, you will help strengthen relationships with these key accounts, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to unlocking the full potential of the Converse brand.
