Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business for super-premium spirits, headquartered in Montenegro. We are looking for an On-Trade Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Director.
Job Requirements Readiness for field work, up to 90% of the time. Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in the spirits industry and/or experience with premium brands, preferably in FMCG. Field sales experience is a plus. Goal-oriented mindset with effective project management experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Clear understanding of marketing project budgeting principles and financial discipline. Fluency in English and German. Good knowledge of the on-trade spirits industry and cocktail culture. Experience as a bartender or bar manager is a plus.
Experience as an on-trade sales manager is a plus. Ability to capture audience attention, with an established reputation among local bartenders. Understanding of the super-premium and luxury market is ideal. Well-organized and self-motivated,
