Field Sales Representative “m/f/d” – Service for Rotating Equipment

We are an agile, growth-oriented company with around 40 dedicated employees based in the Schwäbisch Hall region. We specialize in innovative services for rotating equipment such as fans and compressors.

Our offerings include spare parts, on-site services, specialized welding technology, in-house repairs, replacement machines, and new digital services. We focus on building strong customer relationships and strive for continuous growth in dynamic markets.

Position: Field Sales Representative “m/f/d” – Service for Rotating Equipment Your mission: As part of our sales team, you are the face of our company to our customers and play a key role in expanding our business.

You have a keen sense for opportunities and know how to build long‑term customer relationships—primarily in the chemical industry, but also in other exciting sectors. Your contribution will be essential in helping us enter new markets and strengthen our market presence.

Your responsibilities

• Actively sell our services and products, including spare parts, repairs, maintenance, and replacement machines. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships—keeping existing customers engaged and acquiring new ones. Identify business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to achieve our growth targets
• Work closely with our technical team to find the best solutions for our customers
• Attend industry events and trade fairs to expand our network and create new business opportunities

Your profile

• You are a passionate sales professional with several years of field sales experience, ideally with a strong network in the chemical industry
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade—whether over the phone, digitally, or in person
• You work with enthusiasm, dedication, and strong negotiation skills to achieve your goals
• You have a keen sense of market trends and the courage to explore new opportunities. A good technical understanding is an advantage but not a must—what matters most is your willingness to learn, curiosity, and enthusiasm for innovation. A network in other industries that could be relevant to us is a plus
• You work independently and in a structured manner and are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment. We have a flat hierarchy and fast decision‑making processes—your ideas matter.
