Team player. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global responsibility for developing and executing strategies to maximize NXP sales and profit at a Tier 1 Automotive Account. Identifying opportunities for NXP based on this understanding and tailoring the NXP Value Propositions specifically for your customers.

Understanding formal and informal hierarchy, decision makers, advocates and enemies at the customer, and establishing and developing suitable relationship strategies to improve NXP’s position at the account.

Through a thorough understanding of the balance of power and relationships, creating and successfully executing suitable negotiation strategies and tactics throughout the year. Representing and conveying the customer’s needs internally at NXP, ensuring that adequate priorities are set to execute against strategy.

Effectively delegating and monitoring logistics/quality issues to the relevant people within NXP. Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate information.

Consolidating the above in a Customer Business Plan to clearly communicate what you expect and require from NXP to meet short- and long-term revenue and design win targets. Gathering and communicating market and competitor information into the organization. Managing eight direct reports. Qualifications Electrical engineering degree or similar.

In-depth knowledge of semiconductor products, particularly the automotive portfolio of Auto MCUs and MPUs, infotainment (tuners and amplifiers), radars, sensors, and high‑performance mixed‑signal and analog solutions, and their usage in automotive applications. Fifteen years of experience in automotive semiconductor marketing or sales.

Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English. Ability to explain complex technical content in a convincing fashion appropriate to the level of the business partner. Strong analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions.

High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer focus, business orientation and networking ability. Willingness to travel. Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment.
