Head of Key Account/Sales 4P (Local, Geely Auto Brand) Responsible for achieving business objectives in target market, promoting market position, continuously promoting brand growth and compliance management.
Integrated internal and external resources (government, dealers), planned and developed the local channel network; Formulated and strengthened annual/monthly business targets, developed localized marketing strategies and business policies, and continuously established and improved channel network effectiveness (achieved sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators); Focus on supply chain guarantee and dealers' operating status, taking into account brand building and service operation to ensure overall sound operation; Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.
Continue to pay attention to the risk of operating the whole link and operate in compliance. Qualifications Knowledge and skills: bachelor's degree, Excellent English & German skills. Work experience: 5 years or above Auto sales experience (dealer group or car brand company).
