To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Inside Sales (F/M/D) for our business activity, to work at our headquarters in Munich, Bavaria, Germany You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES As part of a sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: • Processing requests for quotations and preparing sales offers autonomously, in compliance with established rules and in active communication with sales.

Follow up offers to build pipeline and close sales. • Processing orders in our SAP system and following them up. • Managing customer orders fulfillment daily to maximize customer satisfaction. • Achieving defined KPIs with expected commercial performance. • Coordinating between customers, suppliers, forwarders, sales, and support teams in an international context. • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships within a defined portfolio. • Creating and maintaining favorable conditions for business development. • Updating CRM system for customer information and prospecting support. • Occasional business trips to visit customers or attend related events. • Contributing to department and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different requests. • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS • At least 3 years' experience in a technical field or distribution segment. • Fluent in English (oral and written), with experience working in an international environment. • Knowledge of ERP SAP is a plus. • Excellent listening skills, empathetic towards customers and colleagues. • Strong personal and sales skills. • Interest in technical aspects. • Ability to work autonomously and in a small team. • Capability to handle cross-functional and international relations in a multicultural company. • Reactive with problem-solving skills. • Proactive, determined, perseverant, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Enjoys communication and customer relations.
