To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Inside Sales (F/M/D) for our business activity, to work at our headquarters in Munich, Bavaria, Germany You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES As part of a sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Processing requests for quotations and preparing sales offers autonomously, in compliance with established rules and in active communication with sales.

Coordinating between customers, suppliers, forwarders, sales, and support teams in an international context. Fluent in English (oral and written), with experience working in an international environment. Ability to work autonomously and in a small team. Capability to handle cross-functional and international relations in a multicultural company.

Managing customer orders fulfillment daily to maximize customer satisfaction. Achieving defined KPIs with expected commercial performance.

Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships within a defined portfolio. Creating and maintaining favorable conditions for business development. Updating CRM system for customer information and prospecting support. Occasional business trips to visit customers or attend related events.

Contributing to department and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different requests. Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years' experience in a technical field or distribution segment. Knowledge of ERP SAP is a plus.

Excellent listening skills, empathetic towards customers and colleagues. Strong personal and sales skills. Interest in technical aspects. Reactive with problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Enjoys communication and customer relations. Great promotional opportunities, with encouragement for internal promotion.

SALARY Based on profile and experience; demonstrate your capabilities! POSITION Permanent, full-time contract. Open to disabled workers. LOCATION Partial remote work possible.
