Build Long-Term Relationships – Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Stay Informed – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.

What You Need to Succeed Strong communication and persuasive sales skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
