Reporting to the Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Customer Service EMEA, the individual will work closely with the Line Manager, Inside Sales, Regional Sales, Business Development and Supplier Development teams to drive the overall Company Business Strategy.
The individual is expected to exceed the defined sales and revenue budget for the DACH region and build strong interpersonal customer relationships as part of a team‑oriented, proactive sales approach. Work with the EMEA Sales team to secure audiences with pre‑identified potential customers across the region.
Job Overview
This position forms a critical part of the Rochester Electronics EMEA Sales organization based out of the DACH Sales Office in Munich, Germany.
The role supports and executes business plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base.
Essential Job Functions Provide quotations and order entry processing for existing and new customers within the region and build relationships with key decision makers to cross‑sell and upsell throughout EMEA.
