In this position, you will play a key role in supporting strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across different teams.

What you will do • Manage customer order processing by verifying order accuracy, pricing, VAT, compliance, and ensuring complete and correct documentation • Coordinate domestic and international logistics by organizing shipments, monitoring deliveries, collaborating with warehouses, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and managing transport-related documentation • Support supply chain planning by tracking product availability, coordinating consignment stock replenishment, and providing customer forecasts to production planning • Maintain commercial and administrative processes including SAP master data and price lists, reporting, transport cost requests, invoicing, and follow-up on overdue customer payments • Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving logistics issues, and managing insurance claims related to transport and warehousing What makes you a great fit You don't need to meet every requirement to succeed here.
