Inside Sales Representative (Remote, South Africa)

Applicants must be based in South Africa and able to work U.S. business hours. A recruitment firm is hiring on behalf of a client for a remote Inside Sales Representative. The role covers the full sales cycle for a B2B software company, from prospecting and qualifying leads through discovery calls, demos, negotiation and closing. The position is quota-driven and suits someone who wants to own revenue outcomes rather than only book meetings.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and run outbound prospecting by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT, SPIN or MEDDIC and identify decision-makers
• Run discovery calls and virtual product demos, handle objections and negotiate pricing within approved limits
• Manage the pipeline and deal records in a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho, including accurate forecasts
• Work with marketing and solutions teams, and hand off closed deals cleanly to account management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of inside sales, business development, SDR or account executive experience
• Proven experience managing a full sales cycle through to close, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Hands-on experience with a major CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho
• Strong written and spoken English and the ability to work U.S. business hours
• Nice to have: SaaS or professional services sales experience, SMB or mid-market selling, or deals in the $5K to $50K range
