RolePurpose

TheKeyAccountManager–LightCommercialVehiclesisresponsiblefordevelopingandmanagingkeyB2Binternationalcustomers(corporatefleets,rentalandleasingcompanies)withintheLCVsegment,withthegoalofmaximizingsalesvolumes,profitability,andcustomersatisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities

• ManageandgrowaportfolioofkeyB2Baccounts(corporatefleets,short-andlong-termrentalcompanies,largecorporatecustomers)
• Defineandexecutetailor-madecommercialstrategiesforeachkeyaccount
• Achieveassignedsales,marketshare,andmargintargets
• Negotiatecommercialagreements,frameworkcontracts,andpricingconditions
• Workcross-functionallywithsales,marketing,aftersales,finance,andoperationstodeliverintegratedsolutions
• Supportcustomersthroughoutthefullsalescycle:quotation,order,delivery,andaftersales
• Prepareregularperformancereports,pipelineupdates,andsalesforecasts
• Representthecompanyatindustryevents,tradefairs,andcustomermeetings
