Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long‑term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to accelerate business growth, provide exceptional clinical support, and deliver life‑saving and life‑enhancing therapies across a fast‑growing, highly specialized market.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, including experience managing key hospital accounts Strong analytical and project management skills Strong creative outlook Fluent Czech and English language skills.

Proven experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or vascular environments, with strong familiarity in complex capital equipment and procedure‑based medical technologies would be beneficial.
