To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person for the position of Junior Field Sales Representative, French-speaking Switzerland region, 100% (m/f) Join our team as a junior field sales representative!

Your tasks - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and support to deepen and expand business relationships in your assigned sales area - Careful drafting and follow-up of offers until the sale is concluded - Identifying and approaching new customers through active research and initial contact to present our innovative solutions - Negotiating prices, payment terms, and other contractual details - Processing orders in collaboration with other departments to ensure customer requirements are fully and timely met - Sales promotion measures in collaboration with the sales manager - Handling complaints - Assembly, repairs, and maintenance work on flagpoles and flag systems - Close collaboration with your colleagues in administrative services, the graphic department, and production - Participation in internal meetings focused on product development and customer relations We offer you - An exciting and responsible position within a thriving company - A role with a high degree of autonomy and great freedom of action - A company car that can also be used privately - A mobile phone and a laptop - The opportunity to contribute to the development of a renowned and forward-looking company - Short decision-making processes and a flat hierarchy - A friendly and humour-filled working atmosphere What you bring - You live in French-speaking Switzerland - Completed training - You speak French (native language) and German (minimum B1 level) - Some professional experience in sales, preferably in field service - Proficiency in MS Office programmes - Manual dexterity - A sense of proportions and technical solutions - A talent for communication with customers and prospecting - An analytical mind and a structured, precise working method Our interdisciplinary team is flexible, dynamic, motivated, creative, and full of humour.

For over 25 years, we have been producing flags by digital printing at our headquarters in Wohlen AG. In addition to a very diverse flag shop offering more than 30,000 items, we also offer quality flagpoles as well as repair and maintenance services for flagpoles.
