Location LOCATION: ZAGREB | FULL-TIME | PERMANENT What You Will Do Supporting the Country Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for the Adria region Maintaining and expanding strong relationships with existing retail customers and regional decision-makers Assisting in the acquisition of new customers and preparation of listings, product presentations, and promotional concepts Coordinating with internal teams in Germany and Croatia (d.o.o.) to ensure customer needs, product launches, and promotional activities are executed seamlessly Monitoring sales figures and analyzing KPIs to identify growth opportunities and derive actionable measures Supporting administrative and back-office processes such as maintaining customer master data, managing price conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation Assisting with trade fairs, customer events, and store checks to ensure brand visibility and category performance What You Bring A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification First experience in key account management, sales, or FMCG – ideally in the beauty, lifestyle or retail sector Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally A structured and proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility and ownership Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus Fluent English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of Croatian or another language from the Adria region is an advantage Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industry Personal Care Product Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
