Key Account Executive EU GTM | Berlin, Germany About the team SumUp's Sales team in Germany is on a roll — and we need a Key Account Executive in Berlin who's built different.

What you'll do • Own and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts — be their go‑to person and make sure they're getting the most out of SumUp • Spot upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and act on them — match merchants with the right products at the right time • Go after new business through outbound calls, emails, and local networking — you're not waiting for leads to come to you • Lead consultative conversations that put the merchant's needs first before pitching anything • Own your full sales cycle from first touch to close, with clean CRM records throughout • Hit monthly targets across both new business and account growth — consistently • Work closely with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to make sure merchants succeed long‑term You’ll be great for this role if… • You’ve got a strong SDR or outbound sales background — you know how to prospect, handle objections, and push through rejection without losing energy • Cold outreach doesn't intimidate you — it motivates you.
