Role: Key Account Manager – Diagnostics, Cervical Health Location: South Germany region, ideally based in Stuttgart or Frankfurt As a leading innovator of women’s health, we at Hologic are empowering people to live healthier lives everywhere, every day. Our Diagnostics business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the right person to join us.

As a Key Account Manager Diagnostics for our Cervical Health portfolio, you will manage and drive sales targets for the South West Germany market and create sales plans to identify and develop key accounts for long‑term growth. What To Expect Conduct sales calls and meet with key decision makers to introduce or upsell our portfolio of products.

Build rapport with existing and new clients. Ensure fast implementation and execution of strategies, projects, and methods. Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support. Represent and promote the Hologic brand positively. Establish and maintain strong Key Opinion Leader relationships.

Drive sales success by establishing territories, setting quotas, and defining goals. What We Expect Background in selling diagnostics products (preferably molecular) and understanding the sales cycle for both capital and consumable equipment in laboratories. Experience in Cytology / Pathology / Digital Pathology.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently. Ability to excel in a results‑oriented environment focused on revenue growth and profitability. Proven experience with and understanding of the local healthcare system. Capability to drive change‑management initiatives and introduce new strategies and tactics effectively.

Demonstrated success in maintaining existing customer contracts and securing new opportunities that increase market share and growth.
