A collaborative and fun team culture, including regular team outings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Your mission As a Key Account Manager, your mission is to drive the growth and market penetration of Dorel Juvenile brands across Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with national key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and achieving ambitious sales targets. Strengthen partnerships with key retailers, ensuring optimal product distribution and brand visibility.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead negotiations to expand product listings and shelf space. Analyze sales performance and market trends to proactively adjust strategies and maximize results.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care and After‑Sales to deliver seamless customer experiences. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
Represent Dorel Juvenile professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a Senior Sales role where you were the N°1 or N°2 supplier. Relevant experience in the baby industry is a must.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems is a strong advantage. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
