Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for expansion and new business. Serve as the main contact point for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support account development plans. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.

Proven track record in key account management and customer relationship building. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
