Our client, a leading international Tier 1 player in the manufacturing industry, is now looking for its future Key Account Manager to drive its growth across the EMEA market.

You will work closely with KAM sales teams and customers to secure new programs across the full scope of the business.

You will ensure smooth, proactive communication of strategic customer issues to the New Business Development and EMEA teams, while working hand in hand with the Battery Business Manager to define and achieve ambitious segment targets on at least a yearly basis.

Working in close synergy with the New Business Development and Battery Business Manager teams, you will identify the most promising growth opportunities within strategic accounts, and you will drive the rollout of new products and their specifications at OEMs, calling on the support of dedicated sales teams where needed.

You will actively contribute to building the business plan and the 5‑year strategic budget, alongside the Tier/OE Business Manager and the Business Unit's management team, while ensuring every business opportunity is rigorously captured and tracked. Your main responsibilities As a true driver of business development, you will lead and amplify sales growth across the EMEA region, expanding both the product range on offer and the depth of the contact network within engineering and purchasing functions connected to battery propulsion.

You will build an ambitious market growth strategy, grounded in in-depth research of the Battery Protection market, which you will present to the Global Sales Director and management for approval.

You will regularly provide the Business Manager and Sales Director with a sharp, up-to-date read on the voice of the customer, helping to continuously refine the sales strategy.

You will develop lasting, trust‑based relationships at the platform engineering management level and within manufacturing operations at new customers and OEMs, and you will lead or support customer reviews presented to management.

Finally, you will design and deploy the sales and business strategies needed to achieve the ambitious objectives set by the Business Unit. Required profile You hold a Masterdegree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, and you bring at least 5 to 10 years of successful sales experience.

Your background has allowed you to build strong expertise in strategic planning, product positioning, competitive analysis, and revenue improvement, backed by a compelling track record of sales success in the LV BEV market. Proactive, innovative, and genuinely self‑driven, you communicate with ease and impact at every level of the organization.

Your sharp analytical mindset enables you to effectively solve customer problems, and you have strong command of computer systems and tools. You speak German at B1‑B2 level minimum and fluent English, and you’re ready to travel up to 50% of your time to seize every growth opportunity. Why choose Projekts to advance your career?
