Responsibilities • Develop and grow assigned key customer accounts across all product lines, including traditional aerospace and advanced air mobility customers. • Plan, implement, manage, and supervise sales and marketing plans to achieve short- and long-term financial and strategic business objectives. • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to capture new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets. • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share and ensure profitable growth and expansion of products and services. • Contribute to product research and technology roadmap activities by capturing the Voice of the Customer and identifying future needs and requirements. • Maintain general market awareness and continuously monitor competitor products, sales activities, and marketing strategies. • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to develop markets, expand the customer base, and support business objectives. • Manage commercial and contractual issues with customers, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. • Ensure compliance with mid-term plan budgets, including non-recurring funding, sales volume, price updates, and cash flow through effective accounts receivable collection. • Coordinate sales administration activities to ensure the booking plan aligns with the sales plan and provide accurate and timely demand forecasts. • Ensure full compliance with the terms and conditions executed with customers, including contract obligations and service levels. • Manage the quotation process for technical changes, including requirements analysis, cost estimation, business planning, validation reviews, and negotiation strategy development. • Negotiate commercial and contractual aspects with customers in coordination with internal stakeholders such as programs, legal, and finance. • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with customers and key strategic partners to support long-term collaboration. • Lead and nurture customer relationships to support the company’s strategy in carbon-neutral aviation, including electric and hybrid‑electric aviation. • Adhere to safe work practices and actively contribute to the ongoing development of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture. • Ensure compliance with applicable trade and export regulations in all commercial activities. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business and organizational needs. • Work additional hours during business peaks as needed to meet customer and business requirements. • Travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to meet with customers, attend events, and support business development activities.

Essential Skills • Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, and account management, preferably with key or strategic accounts. • Demonstrated success in sales and business development, including building and executing marketing and sales plans. • Experience with complex aerospace systems, particularly in electrical and power-related products and solutions. • Strong ability to develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to capture new business opportunities. • Capability to define product positioning and pricing strategies that support profitable growth and increased market share. • Experience managing commercial and contractual issues with customers, including negotiation of terms and conditions. • Ability to coordinate sales administration activities and provide accurate demand forecasting. • Competence in managing quotation processes for technical changes, including requirements analysis, cost estimation, and business planning. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and strategic partners. • Ability to maintain market awareness and monitor competitor products and activities. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. • Ability to work additional hours during peak business periods when required. • Understanding of and adherence to trade and export regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience working with aerospace electrical systems such as power generation, distribution, conversion, and electric propulsion. • Background or interest in advanced air mobility and electric or hybrid‑electric aviation. • Ability to capture and translate the Voice of the Customer into product and technology roadmap inputs. • Experience participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support business development. • Comfort working in a global environment with international customers and partners. • Strong analytical skills to support pricing, budgeting, and business planning activities. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑evolving market focused on aviation electrification and carbon‑neutral solutions.

The position requires up to 50% travel both domestically and internationally to meet with customers, attend trade shows and conferences, and support market development activities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $80.00/hr.

The position combines business development, contract and sales management, and close collaboration with customers to support the electrification and decarbonization of aviation.

Work Environment The role involves a dynamic commercial environment focused on aerospace electrical systems and advanced air mobility solutions, with a mission‑driven emphasis on electrification and carbon‑neutral aviation.

Relocation support may be available, including a relocation stipend, for candidates moving to be closer to the primary work location.
