Reliability, Dynamism – our values form a corporate culture that places people at the center.Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Permanent contract – % – ValaisYour missions:- You are responsible for maintaining and developing our B2B professional clientele;- You ensure the follow-up and development of the existing client portfolio;- You prospect for new professional clients in Valais and the rest of Switzerland (hospitality, institutions, retail, communities, industry, etc.);- You represent our brand to prospects and clients, present our products, and identify new sales opportunities;- You manage the complete B2B sales process: prospecting, offers, and closing deals;- You manage all back-office activities related to B2B sales, in close collaboration with the regional sales assistant;- You establish a structured sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring B2B activity;- You collaborate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing, customer service) to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction;- You propose concrete and high-impact commercial actions, particularly via digital and marketing levers.
