Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Design-win, business-win, and sales for a major global Tier 1 client Sales and volume planning of the relevant customer area, with focus on Microcontroller Develop and implement the account strategy for the respective product group in alignment with the business units and other internal stakeholders at Infineon Assess the customer and portfolio strategy in the markets addressed by the customer area and gain detailed knowledge of customer strengths and weaknesses as well as the positioning of Infineon Escalation management across all hierarchy levels Develop and manage relationships on management level and act as the key interface between Infineon and the customer for the related business area Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, microelectronics, or similar Min. 5 years of professional and relevant experience in account management, field application engineering, or technical marketing in the semiconductor industry Strong technical background, preferably within microcontroller Experience in leading cross-functional and international project teams Strong communication skills and high customer orientation Ability and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks in a complex global environment Fluency in English and German Equal Opportunity Statement We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
