As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager DACH to strengthen our commercial presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships, driving sustainable business growth, negotiating commercial agreements, and identifying new business opportunities across the DACH market.
If you enjoy building long-term partnerships, influencing strategic decisions, and working in an entrepreneurial environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers across the DACH region.
Build long-term relationships with distributors, buying groups, veterinary groups, specialty retail chains, and other strategic partners. Identify opportunities to expand Farmina's presence within existing accounts while acquiring new strategic customers.
Lead commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, pricing, promotional activities, and contract renewals. Monitor customer performance and develop action plans to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure excellent customer execution. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports.
Represent Farmina during customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field. Several years of experience in Key Account Management, National Account Management, or Strategic Sales.
Experience managing large retail chains, distributors, or strategic customers. Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills. Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships. Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel across the DACH region.

Customer‑oriented mindset.Strong communication and presentation skills. Languages Fluent German (C1/C2 or native level). Professional working proficiency in English.
