What you’ll do here at Sharpist As a Key Account Manager DACH (f/m/x), you will play a key role contributing to our go‑to‑market strategy, primarily responsible for growing key accounts, supporting their strategic initiatives and employee development initiatives using Sharpist’s digital coaching solution.
You will be the face to the customer, coordinating client requests, and focus on 70 % account management and 30 % project management and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction beyond expectations. Understand the core value Sharpist provides to business customers and learners.
Within 1 quarter, you will… Understand your territory and build a territory plan in line with your sales target. Identify strategic growth opportunities to support existing clients reach their goals. Meet with senior‑level executives to demonstrate the value of our product.
Within 1 year, you will… Significantly contribute to our enterprise segment growth. Create trust and cement long‑term relationships. Grow revenue by identifying customers’ needs and implementing strategic initiatives to support them. And then, what’s next? Develop and lead our Enterprise Account Management initiatives.
Continue helping our customers and create your own growth journey. Primary qualifications 3+ years in Account Management or Sales on an enterprise level. Native‑level German (C1+) and fluent English. Evidence of previous target attainment and growing an existing client portfolio.
Preferred qualifications Experience with Tech/SaaS and L&D/HR industry is a huge plus. Great presentation skills and high confidence when engaging with decision‑makers. A positive & engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners.
