To support our continued international expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Key Account Manager – Distributor Markets to join our team. Your Mission As Key Account Manager – Distributor Markets, you will be responsible for managing and developing our international distributor network.
Your Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with international distributors across assigned markets Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with distributor partners Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives Develop and execute annual business plans together with distributors Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and inventory levels to optimize market development Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution across all markets Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with distributor partners Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field Several years of experience in Key Account Management, International Sales, Export, or Business Development Experience working with distributors and international markets, ideally within beauty, fragrance, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and negotiation skills Ability to build long‑term partnerships and influence stakeholders across different cultures Highly organized, proactive, and results‑oriented Willingness to travel internationally Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic are considered a strong advantage What We Offer A dynamic and international working environment The opportunity to contribute to the global growth of a premium Swiss fragrance brand Close collaboration with international partners and cross‑functional teams Exciting international projects and market development opportunities A modern workplace with short decision‑making processes and entrepreneurial spirit If you are passionate about international business, building strong distributor partnerships, and driving growth across global markets, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr You will act as the main point of contact for distributor partners, drive business growth across assigned markets, and ensure the successful execution of commercial and brand strategies.
