We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships with eCommerce customers.

Responsibilities Develop and grow business with assigned eCommerce customers Identify new online market opportunities and integrate them into the current business Analyze product, pricing, content, promotions, and customer engagement to spot opportunities and risks Work with marketing teams to plan content, product mix, and promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI Track performance using KPIs such as traffic, conversion, basket size, and repeat purchases Share and implement best practices across regions Support customer meetings and budget tracking throughout the year Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 4-5 years’ experience in Sales, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Consumer Experience Strong account management, project management, and commercial skills Understanding of online consumer behavior and eCommerce trends P&L and budget management experience Fluent in German and English Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we’re only able to contact those selected for the next stage of the process.
