Our customers include various procurement authorities and leading companies in their respective fields – both in Switzerland and worldwide. Key Account Manager – Focus on Customer & Contract Management (w/m/d) Responsibilities Support and advise existing and potential customers and act as the central point of contact between the customer and Saab.
Manage ongoing businesses, particularly handling offers, contracts and their execution. Prepare customer offers, conduct contract negotiations and ensure that agreed terms are fulfilled. Maintain an overview of ongoing contracts and ensure that all contractual matters are handled properly.
Identify opportunities, contribute to ideas and promote our products and services. Support the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy, contribute to planning activities (mid‑term planning, budgeting, forecasts).
Profile Technical education combined with further training in business administration, marketing or sales, or a commercial education combined with strong technical exposure. Several years of experience in key account management and project management within a technically driven B2B environment.
Strong technical understanding combined with experience in handling offers, contracts and complex projects. Very good English skills (minimum C1) and German or Swedish skills at least at B2 level. Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20‑40%).
