Key Account Manager – France We are looking for a Key Account Manager France who develops these channels strategically, builds new partnerships and scales existing accounts – with a clear focus on revenue growth, brand presence and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Channel Development: You build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies, travel retail, online retail and concept stores. Account Management: You manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution. Market & Competitive Analysis: You spot trends, identify new distribution opportunities and develop strategies tailored to the French market.

Qualifications Several years of experience in key account management, ideally with a focus on pharmacies, travel retail or online retail. A background in FMCG, beauty or health. A structured, self-driven way of working with a strong commercial mindset. Fluent French and English; German is a plus.

Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system. Work when and where you’re most productive – with flexible hours and smart time tracking.
