Your Mission & Challenge Own and manage strategic relationships with our most important enterprise customers Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the C-level and VP level Independently drive renewal, upsell, and account expansion initiatives Develop and grow customer relationships through a structured, long-term account strategy Identify opportunities to increase customer value, adoption, and revenue growth Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure customer success Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success Analyze customer needs and develop tailored growth and success strategies Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and portfolio growth targets Play a key role in helping establish NEURA Robotics as a leading global robotics company What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, robotics, automation, or related industries Proven experience managing and growing strategic customer accounts Experience driving renewals, upselling, and account expansion initiatives Familiarity with customer success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer health scores, and adoption tracking Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and project management capabilities Experience working with customer health frameworks and structured account management methodologiesData‑driven approach to portfolio management and customer growth strategies Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities Ownership mentality and a proactive, customer‑centric approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
