We are looking for a committed and responsible Key Account Manager International (Eastern Europe) (m/f/d).
As Key Account Manager International, you will be responsible for WSM's Eastern European sales market. You will support the WSM sales team with training measures for our customers. You are the communication interface between our Eastern European key customers and internal teams.
They inspire new international customers with long-term growth potential and thus ensure an increase in our market share and sales in Eastern Europe. Additional support for the national sales team Your profile You have experience in sales and in the development of customer-specific solutions.

Are you good at communicating with people at home and abroad? Do you always keep track of complex customer relationships? You will be responsible for the personal support of our top existing customers in Eastern Europe.
In cooperation with the overall sales management, you will develop customized support concepts for our major Eastern European customers, thereby promoting long-term partnerships. You will represent our company at customer visits, trade fairs and other events and support the planning and implementation of marketing and sales measures.
In the medium term, you will be actively involved in the implementation of a CRM tool and support its rapid implementation. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with our top clients.
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as problem-solving and negotiation skills. You are confident in oral and written communication, also in English and preferably in at least one other Eastern European language.
A willingness to travel is a matter of course for you. A high level of self-motivation, a structured and goal-oriented way of working and organizational talent are your hallmarks.
