Das ist der Job

Key Account Manager (KAM) Switzerland Take part in a journey committed to innovation and improving lives.

Darum lohnt es sich

Join an international team of talented individuals where your contribution counts. Nordberg Medical is a Swedish biotech company working at the forefront of biomaterial science to reverse functionality loss. With state‑of‑the‑art biomaterials, we produce and market innovative medical products that target structural imbalances associated with aging.

In 2021 we received CE certification for our first product, JULINE. This positions the company to pursue an ambitious growth strategy in the aesthetic dermatology market. Backed by leading investors and extensive R&D, we are expanding across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies.

We promote a culture of entrepreneurship, multiculturalism, and flexibility in more than ten countries. At Nordberg Medical you will have the opportunity to grow and learn, to be creative, and to contribute both to our product and company success.

The Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager Switzerland, the Key Account Manager is responsible for driving both new business acquisition and the development of an existing customer portfolio (50/50 split).

This role focuses on introducing and establishing Nordberg Medical as a premium partner within high‑end medical aesthetic clinics across the German‑speaking part of Switzerland and Ticino.

The KAM will actively identify, acquire, and convert new customers while strategically growing and retaining existing accounts through a consultative, value‑driven approach.

As a field‑based commercial leader, you combine strong sales execution with clinical credibility to position JULINE as a premium solution and build long‑term partnerships with leading practitioners.

With JULINE and a strong pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas, we are building a premium brand focused on excellence, performance, and long‑term partnerships. We focus on partnering with leading, high‑quality clinics rather than high‑volume distribution and you will have a high level of autonomy in managing your territory and priorities.

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early growth stage and play a key role in shaping the company’s success in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and acquire high‑potential aesthetic clinics and KOLs; build and manage a strong pipeline; convert prospects into long‑term partners; position Nordberg Medical as a premium and differentiated provider in a competitive market.

Account Management & Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing customers; drive product adoption, utilization, and long‑term loyalty; strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers; deliver tailored support and business development to maximize outcomes with JULINE.

Sales Performance & Territory Ownership: Own territory performance, including revenue, pipeline, and account development; consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through disciplined execution; monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategy; maintain accurate CRM reporting and KPI tracking to drive performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Market Development: Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience; partner closely with Medical Affairs to identify, develop, and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates; provide structured feedback from the field to help shape commercial strategies, marketing initiatives, and product positioning; collaborate on the execution of educational events, trainings, and scientific activities to strengthen brand credibility; contribute proactively to the development of the Swiss market by sharing insights, best practices, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications Highly driven sales professional with a strong track record in medical aesthetics or specialty healthcare sales. Proven success in both new business acquisition and account development. Experience selling premium products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or aesthetic physicians.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a field‑based role. High resilience, persistence, and adaptability in a competitive environment. Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage and influence KOLs. Consultative sales approach, combining clinical understanding with business acumen.

Fluency in German and English is required; fluency in Italian is preferred. Flexibility to travel for business (up to 50%). Right to live and work in Switzerland; no visa sponsorship. Nordberg Medical is an equal opportunity employer. Job Details Work location: 6300 Zug (ZG), field‑based across Zürich, Zug, Bern, Basel, and Tessin.

Workload: 100% Employment start: By agreement Employment duration: Permanent Additional information: Requires frequent travel for business and group meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
