We are looking for a commercially minded and energized Key Account Manager to support growth in the Grocery, Discount & Department Store Channel for DACH at the LEGO Group.
In this role you will be fully in charge of the respective scope of clients, from yearly customer business planning to execution of activities, and be proud of seeing your work results come to life at the POS.
This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn and will follow a hybrid working model with three days in the office and up to two days remotely. Core Responsibilities Manage and develop a strategic key account, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and successful implementation of tailored strategies.
Deliver best‑in‑class account sales planning, with a focus on planning accuracy and ambitious planning through relevant activities throughout the year. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behaviors to find opportunities, address challenges, and continuously improve account performance.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership success. Supervise the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, pricing models, and promotional activities to optimize visibility and sales.
