In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic management and development of our key accounts, with a clear focus on revenue growth and long‑term customer retention. You will identify and unlock revenue potential, actively manage your sales pipeline, and make a measurable contribution to our business success.
Taking full ownership of your accounts, you will independently drive deals to closure and develop sustainable growth strategies.
Building Trusted Partnerships – establish and maintain long‑term, trusted customer relationships through regular communication and in‑person meetings, gaining a deep understanding of customers’ business models and positioning solutions to meet their needs.
Primary Point of Contact – act as the central single point of contact for your customers, coordinating all overarching customer matters, efficiently managing internal processes, and identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders to develop and implement the best possible solutions for customers. Proactive Business Development – acquire new business partners, expand the customer portfolio, generate sales leads, and support tender processes to increase market share.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales, ideally with complex products or services. Strong understanding of digital business models, e‑commerce, and IT. Strong customer focus combined with confidence, initiative, and a high sense of ownership. Convinced professional presence.
