Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

International Student Financing | Full-time | Montabaur Do you enjoy working with people from different cultures, explaining complex topics in a simple way and guiding customers through an important decision? As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will support international students throughout the entire financing process – from their first questions and application to signing their contract. Working closely with one of our university partners, you will be an important link between students, the university and our internal teams. Tasks

Your responsibilities

• What you will do Advise international prospective students and students on our financing solutions, primarily via video calls and email Manage the application process from the initial inquiry and evaluation through to selection and contract completion Explain our financing model and contractual terms clear and transparently Prepare and host webinars for prospective students Coordinate closely with our university partner and ensure smooth day-to-day processes Keep track of your cases and priorities, even during busy application periods Maintain accurate customer and process data in Salesforce Contribute ideas to improve our processes and, if interested, help develop our sales approach Requirements Your profile –

What you bring

• Fluent English and good German skills Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification – career changers with the relevant experience are also welcome First experience in sales, customer service or another customer-facing role is an advantage You enjoy communicating with young people from different countries and cultural backgrounds The ability to explain contracts and complex topics clearly, patiently and confidently Confidence in presenting to groups and hosting online webinars You work in a structured, reliable way and stay organized when things get busy Confidence using MS Office; experience with Salesforce is an advantage Team spirit combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership Benefits
