We are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for sales and consulting in pharmacies and hospitals for OTC/RX biosimilars for a pharmaceutical company, starting December 1, 2026. Main responsibilities include: Building and maintaining sustainable business relationships with relevant decision-makers in defined top accounts for the biosimilar portfolio (e.g., pharmacists, purchasing managers, physicians, controllers, administration) Developing and implementing strategic account plans based on customer potential Developing pricing and terms strategies for each customer group, adhering to legal and internal guidelines – in close coordination with regional sales management, market access, and the Biosimilars Business Unit Head Conducting contract and price negotiations, as well as creating and maintaining offers/contracts in Vistex (including monitoring renewal deadlines).

Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities/risks and derive appropriate measures Regular reporting to management and interface functions on relevant developments in the managed accounts – with a focus on opportunities and risks for the company Coordination and close collaboration with internal interfaces in MU Germany (especially national key account management and hospital sales force) for optimal account management

Eine Ausbildung oder Qualifikation mit Bezug zum Gesundheitsmarkt ist erforderlich, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Pharmareferenten; eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung ist von Vorteil

Sehr gutes Verständnis des nationalen Gesundheitssystems (z. B. Erstattungsprozesse im Krankenhaus) sowie der deutschen Versorgungsstrukturen (Apotheken, Kliniken, Handel)
