Account Growth and Upselling: Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers’ needs, driving revenue growth.

Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events, such as the IFA event, and occasionally participate in face‑to‑face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections. Brand Expansion & New Business Development: Proactively drive growth by expanding existing brand partnerships into new markets.

Now Let’s Talk About You: 3+ years of work experience in B2B software sales. You are a passionate sales talent, driven to succeed by building valuable and long‑lasting customer relationships in the e‑commerce industry. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage.

You have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets. You are based in Berlin. Report directly to Lennart, the Chief Sales Officer – quick decision making and flat hierarchy. Competitive base salary and a motivating, uncapped commission plan to celebrate your successes (~110k-140k OTE). 30 vacation days, plus 30 workation days per year within the EU.
