Overview Welcome to the Customer Growth Team at shopware AG. This position is nationwide and you will be an integral part of our team in a dynamic e-commerce environment. Team Collaboration: Participate in central team meetings at our campus in Schöppingen (approximately 6 times per year).

You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts (e.g., Poco, ThyssenKrupp, Stabilo), elevate after-sales service, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
Location: with flexibility and no location constraint. Responsibilities Key Account Management: Cultivate and develop strategic partnerships with key clients to establish long-term relationships and drive revenue growth. Customer Relations: Manage assigned key accounts, focusing on opening, closing, and retention.
Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; promote products from technology partners (e.g., payment and shipping providers) to boost revenue and reduce churn.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and effective onboarding; maintain personal 1:1 relationships and regular strategy meetings.
Internal Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support; liaise with internal specialists to ensure excellent support for existing customers.
Industry Engagement: Attend industry events to nurture relationships and build long-term partnerships with top clients, supporting company positioning and portfolio growth. Qualifications Proven success: Track record in Key Account Management, preferably in e-commerce or software.
Communication: Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken, with confidence, persuasiveness, and empathy. Independence: Ability to work autonomously, organize tasks efficiently, and proactively solve problems. E-commerce Knowledge: Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry and interest in current trends.
Relationship Management: Skilled in managing large IT-related accounts. Sales Skills: Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and pursue sales goals; quota achievement encouraged. CRM Experience: Experience with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
