Inizio Engage is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client to recruit a Key Account Manager with expertise in haem-oncology, covering the South Wales and South West England territory. We seek someone experienced in managing key accounts, passionate about oncology, and committed to making a difference in patients' lives.
If you're a self-starter with strong customer relationships and the ability to hit the ground running, this role may be for you. Key Responsibilities: Drive usage of promoted products to meet and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets across the territory.
Develop and implement account plans tailored to customer needs and aligned with business goals. Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, supporting optimal patient outcomes. Maintain knowledge of the NHS environment, hospital procurement, and regional dynamics affecting haem-oncology.
What We're Looking For: Proven senior Key Account Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to haematology or oncology. Track record of delivering sales success and business growth through account-based strategies. Deep understanding of NHS structures, hospital procurement, and access pathways.
Ability to build relationships quickly with new and existing customers to drive activity and outcomes. Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working autonomously and making an immediate impact. Genuine passion for oncology and a desire to improve patient lives.
