The role This is a commercially driven Key Account Manager role with strong technical interface responsibilities.

You will Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and OEM partners Develop and execute the EV charging segment strategy in Europe Drive commercial opportunities from early engagement through deal closing Support sales processes together with regional sales teams Understand customer challenges related to grid constraints, space, and energy economics Coordinate across customers, R&D, and engineering teams on integration and solutions Contribute as a subject matter expert on EV charging within Pixii The role reports directly to the VP, Sales DACH and operates across markets and functions.

You bring Experience from EV charging, energy storage, or related sectors Strong commercial experience, ideally in key account management or business development Solid understanding of EV charging ecosystems (grid to end user) Technical background (degree or equivalent experience) Experience working with OEMs or complex system integrations You are also Structured and proactive Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders Clear and confident in communication, including larger forums A collaborative team player with a hands‑on approach Willing to travel across Europe Languages Additional European languages are a plus Opportunity to take a central role in a fast‑growing EV charging segment Work closely with leading customers and OEMs across Europe Be part of an international, technology‑driven company with strong growth ambitions Exposure to both commercial and technical aspects of energy storage solutions Location: Darmstadt, Germany (preferred) Employment: Permanent Ready to make an impact?

Overview Own and develop strategic EV charging accounts across Europe Drive growth in a key segment for Pixii’s BESS solutions Act as the commercial and technical interface between customers and Pixii About Pixii Pixii develops modular battery energy storage systems that help customers improve grid utilization, support electrification, and integrate renewable energy.

The company combines expertise in power electronics, software, and energy management to deliver scalable solutions for utilities, EV charging, commercial and industrial customers, and other energy-intensive applications.

You will take ownership of Pixii’s key accounts and OEM relationships within the EV charging segment in Europe, driving business development, supporting product integration, and strengthening Pixii’s market position.

What you will be measured on Growth and quality of key account relationships Pipeline development and commercial conversion Contribution to EV charging segment growth in Europe Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration (sales, R&D, engineering) Ability to translate market needs into concrete opportunities Who we are looking for You combine commercial drive with technical understanding and are comfortable operating at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering.
