Join our Account Management team in Bern and help shape the digital future of public sector organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles in close collaboration with our technology and delivery teams.

You will become part of a collaborative and highly skilled team that values initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and trusted partnerships.

You will be responsible for the following tasks: Developing and expanding strategic key accounts within the public sector Leading the preparation and submission of WTO tenders and mini tenders Creating business opportunities, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts Developing and executing strategic account plans Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in federal, cantonal, and public-sector organizations Creating compelling sales stories to grow existing accounts and win new clients Managing the sales pipeline and driving opportunities from initial contact to contract signature Monitoring account performance and supporting client projects in close collaboration with project and service management teams What we’re looking for Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field At least three years of experience in account management, business development, or sales Experience with WTO tenders and public procurement processes Experience in the IT services, software, or technology consulting environment Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills Professional presence and excellent communication skills Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset Excellent command of German and English, French a plus Sharp minds, good vibes We are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
