To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Key Account Manager for Real Estate Agencies in French-speaking Switzerland, ready to build the future of the real estate sector with us.Missions- You are responsible for the active business development of real estate agencies and existing property management companies in French-speaking Switzerland.- You build sustainable relationships with decision-makers and identified contacts.- You identify potential within existing client portfolios and win additional buildings and supplies.- You conduct structured client and development meetings to sustainably increase turnover, portfolio share, and contract duration.- You develop individual account plans and implement them with conviction.- You present our products and digital solutions in a convincing manner adapted to each client.- You establish and present offers, negotiate contracts and additional business, and accompany sales opportunities through to their conclusion.- You work in close collaboration with our internal sales, technical, and project management teams.- You document your activities and opportunities in the CRM system for clean and structured management.Profile- Several years of experience in B2B sales, field service, or account management.- Experience in managing and developing key accounts.- Ideally, knowledge of the real estate sector, building technology, or energy services.- Strong interest in long-term client development, combined with a strong sales drive, a sharp commercial sense, and a talent for closing deals.- Proven experience in cross-selling/upselling, account development, or portfolio expansion.- Structured working method and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.- French native speaker with good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
