Our 5,000+ experts across 140 locations provide sales and service to bring our trucks, buses, and vans to the road and make tomorrow’s mobility more sustainable, safer, and efficient. Identify growth opportunities with existing and potential large and fleet customers of 150+ units and generate revenue for MAN.
Long‑term support selected strategic key customers at decision level – the face of MAN in the region. Analyse core segments and win new fleet accounts through targeted outreach, persuasion and strong closing skills. Develop, negotiate and maintain framework contracts with strategically important multipliers.
Qualifications Completed commercial and/or technical education or solid business/technical knowledge. Multiple years of successful experience in the automotive industry, preferably commercial vehicles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High customer orientation and willingness to serve. Self‑driven and structured working style.
Proficient IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP. Driver’s licence Class B, ideally also Class C (truck). Willingness to travel with valid licence. You also receive a company car (e.g., VW, Audi) that can be customised to your preference and is available for private use. You enjoy 30 leave days and access to occupational health examinations.
