Your Responsibilities
Become part of our international customer service team and play an active role in managing our global (key) accounts and implementing exciting customer projects. In this role, you will be the central point of contact between our international customers, internal departments and sales companies.
Creation, processing and monitoring of orders, quotations and contracts in an international environment Back office support for our global (key) account customers Project management of international customer projects Support for the field sales force and international sales companies (e.g. customer and market analyses, evaluations) Mon Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in 50 Ländern weltweit, die täglich mit Leidenschaft an innovativen Lösungen aus Wolfram und Molybdän für die Hightech-Welt arbeiten.
Unser Standort in Kempten ist das größte Vertriebs- und Logistikzentrum der Plansee Gruppe – hier werden Kunden weltweit mit Werkzeugen, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen versorgt. Außerdem sind hier konzernweite Funktionen in den Bereichen Personalwesen, Finanzen, Einkauf und IT angesiedelt.
