Key Account Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

The Role: As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will strategically partner with key accounts to drive E2E efficiency, optimize processes, mitigate risks, and enhance customer satisfaction through seamless cross-functional collaboration and data-driven solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Develop and strengthen close strategic supply chain collaborations with key accounts. E2E Efficiency: Drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency and transparency via data exchange and customer alignment. Process & KPI Management: Optimize data-driven processes and manage critical customer KPIs, e.g., availability.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and actively mitigate potential delivery risks collaboratively with our key customers. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster seamless communication with Sales, Customer Care, and International Supply Chain, and drive Customer Experience projects to enhance satisfaction.

Your Profile

Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, with strong knowledge of current market developments and retail structures, ideally in FMCG. Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, E-Commerce, or CDMO. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills in close collaboration with clients.
