Key Accounts Manager - DACH (Part-time 20-24h) Düsseldorf (DE) - Sales & Marketing Job Summary We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Germany. In this role you will maintain and grow our market share in both volume and profit in a highly competitive local environment.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a growth strategy and plan for the German region and a defined customer portfolio, setting priorities to grow share of wallet and customer penetration.

Manage your customer portfolio through a wholesale mechanism, focusing on Horeca & Bakery distribution partners, and execute with a full cross-functional approach (sales, marketing, finance, pricing, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor or university degree. Fluency in German and English. Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in similar functions.

Customer-centric mindset and ability to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results. Responsibility for your work and a continuous drive for new opportunities to make a change. Commercial acumen: executing regional strategy that aligns with local market needs and opportunities.

Organizational acumen: managing multiple clients and their accounts, analyzing data related to client accounts, and building actionable insights. Flexible working hours and ability to work from home. Diverse training and mentoring programs to support professional growth. Hybrid work model.
