Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, goal-driven, and ambitious closer to help women find love through our consultative sales approach.
Conduct consultative sales conversations, using a proven discovery process and negotiation skills. Present our product confidently and create a positive selling experience. Maintain daily phone and internet connectivity and host Zoom meetings with potential prospects. Follow a routine-based sales process and prescribed script.
Attend scheduled sales meetings at 4 pm ET, Monday through Thursday. Participate in coaching sessions and apply constructive feedback to improve performance. Qualifications Strong understanding of the discovery process, sales and negotiation skills. Positive attitude. Likability, authenticity and a presentable demeanor.
High level of empathy and understanding. Reliable phone and internet access; comfortable hosting Zoom meetings. Systematic, detail-oriented, and routine-focused. Open to coaching and constructive criticism. High level of integrity; willing to say "no" when a prospect is not a good fit. Commitment to a long-term role; not just a temporary gig.
